Wathamstow Folk

Just to remind you that our usual end of season Futureproof event will not take place at the usual evening venue The Olde Rose and Crown but will be an afternoon show at Stoneydown Park as part of the William Morris Folk Fete between 2pm and 6pm this Sunday 26th June - admission FREE.

As well as music there will be craft stalls, beer tent, bouncy castle etc. Full details are at the website

Unfortunately Louise Jordan cannot be with us but, as previously announced, Anna Skodbo and David Shevelew will be appearing. We have also added James O'Hara-Knight and Owen Woods to the lineup. Ther will be spots from other performers and regulars as well.

Although there is no formal club event at the Olde Rose and Crown most of us will be back there in the evening after the Park so if you feel like an informal chat and sharing your ideas about the club join us then.
