Season's greetings to you all,
Apologies for the lateness of getting this out on e-mail but some of you already have menus.
I was asked on Monday when we would have numbers and menu choices and I suddenly realised that we were just over a week away. I rashly told Mike that I would give him as much info as I could tomorrow at the club.
For those who don't have menu cards the choices are as follows:
Home-made Rustic Leek & Potato Soup
Large Flat Pan Fried Mushroom (with bacon & stilton)
Duck & Port Pate
Melon Boats (with fruit coulis)
Chicken Stuffed with Brie (wrapped in bacon with a cheese sauce)
Poached Salmon (in a white prawn and dill sauce)
Roast Red Pepper and Mushroom Stroganoff (served on rice)
Cheese Cake - Fruit and Baileys
Tea or Coffee (PLEASE SPECIFY WHICH)
Would you please e-mail or phone me with your order either this evening (up to 2300) or tomorrow before 1900 if you possibly can.
I shall phone round as many of you as I can this evening anyway.
