Enjoy an uplifting evening of jazz, blues, folk, African grooves and much more, from two outstanding guitarists
John Etheridge is one of the world’s most respected guitarists. He was the guitarist for the celebrated jazz violinist Stephane Grappelli and he has also performed with Dizzy Gillespie and Nigel Kennedy and is currently in a duo with the eminent classical guitarist John Williams. John’s special guest is Kit Holmes - a singer/songwriter and rising guitar star. Her music fuses a broad range of influences from pop to folk, blues and soul.

Taking his cue from the great American blues guitarists and mixing it with rock and funk influences, Schofield has developed a distinctive style that has had the music media here and in the USA singing his praises. The Los Angeles Daily News was emphatic when saying “in Schofield, the UK has produced the best blues guitarist from any country in decades.”

Antonio Forcione
Motown And Magic
Dubbed the ‘Jimi Hendrix of the Acoustic Guitar’ Antonio Forcione has recorded 16 albums, opened for Phil Collins, Bobby McFerrin and Jools Holland.
Marking the 50th anniversary of the Motown label, Antonio reinterprets what he calls the soundtrack of his childhood. Popular hits from Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Marvin Gaye and Stevie Wonder are mixed with Antonio’s own greatest hits as he dubs astonishing work such as Touchwood and Heartbeat.

Juan Martín Flamenco Ensemble
Voted into the top flamenco guitarists in the world by US Guitar Player magazine, Juan Martín will perform his own compositions, supported by a line-up of flamenco dancers and singers including the Fred Astaire of flamenco ‘El Tigre’ Salvador Moreno and prize winning artists direct from Andalucia.

Guthrie Govan, Christophe Godin & Dudley Ross
When guitar legend Joe Satriani describes a guitarist as ‘totally freakin awesome’, you know you’re in for something special and that’s exactly what you get with Guthrie Govan.
Also appearing is renowned number one French guitarist, Christophe Godin and his band Morglbl, with the super talented Iva Rougny on bass and Aurélien Ouzoulias on drums as well as fellow Vigier Guitars endorsee Dudley Ross and his band.
