At the Board of Trustee's Meeting on April 14th 2010, the Board set the 2010/11 budget and the following was decided ...

SUBSCRIPTIONS would have to be increased to keep pace with inflation etc. as follows ...

Individual membership (representing small bands and Clubs / non-commercial and/or non-funded organisations etc.
Yearly 16
5 years (one year free) still available _at_ one-off payment of 64
Permits One individual to name-check up to 3x separate groups in the Directories. (providing he/she is actively involved in 
the performance or running of the group or organisation!) 
Groups or Clubs can be listed under the name of the group itself in A-Z, if preferred.

Enhanced membership for larger development and/or commercial organisations, (with/and/or paid staff, grants, funding etc.)
Yearly 48
5 years (one year free) still available _at_ one-off payment of 192
Providing enhanced presence (live logo-links etc.) on Directories and What's On web pages. 
Small low-res. attachments permitted via eBulletin service.
Allows a 'personal' entry in the main body of the directories where desired.

It was decided to do away with all NEW Standing Order options.
Existing Standing Orders will continue be accepted, providing they are increased in accordance with the new rates below.
(we have found Standing Orders don't work very well, and having to increase the SO amount is a bore for members, but sadly 
we are too small to operate Direct Debits). 

A. Individual membership to increase to 14 at next renewal
B. Full (enhanced) membership to increase to 40 at next renewal

Now we have a good ONLINE payment facility operated by Charity Business, the Board has decided that this would be easier for our admin. and our members, and hopes to phase out Standing Orders entirely in the future.

Our last increase in Subscriptions was in April 2008; and I and the Board strongly believe that we still offer amazing services for very 
little cost. We do hope you agree!
