 Club Guests for March

Sunday 7 March  Liz Simcock with Warwick Jones and Ian Newman  A great songwriter and gorgeous singer with an endearing stage presence, Liz's strong, expressive voice does full justice to her high quality songs. Supported by the sensitive guitar of Warwick Jones and the melodic double bass of Ian Newman her music is fresh, original and very entertaining.  Admission £5 (members £3).  Under 18s free.
Sunday 28 March Debra Cowan From the minute she begins to sing, Debra Cowan grabs her audience and doesn’t let go. She is an exceptional interpreter of traditional and contemporary songs, singing both unaccompanied and with guitar. Her rich voice conjures images of stony grey Celtic castles, green and rolling English landscapes, and humorous American urban scenes. Just as the audience is left spellbound after Debra presents a woeful traditional ballad of love gone wrong, she immediately brings laughter with an outrageous comic song.
Admission £5 (members £3)
