Brief description  "What can I say about the fantastic tribute band the Pogue Traders? If you like the Pogues you'll love them. If you know nothing about the Pogues, you'll still love them. This is infectious music played with humour and panache by seven talented musicians......
Unfortunately I didn't get to see the Pogues at the height of their considerable powers in the late 80's, so in the absence of a time-travelling DeLorean, the Pogue Traders will do very nicely thank you. They played every classic song I was hoping to hear (and that's a lot of songs) including a terrific rendition of Fairytale of New York"

With support from RELIG ORAN
“Relig Oran mix the sounds of the African Kalimba, driving percussion, fiddle and bouzouki with the traditional music of England, Ireland and Brittany. With innovation and dynamics they give the music a contemporary and exciting twist, while tipping their battered caps to the long journey from the 60’s and 70’s psychedelic rock / acid folk... Yet at the same time Relig Oran keep the spirit, drive and depth of the music. A respect for the tradition is always at the very heart of Relig Oran’s music, and though there are some exciting detours on the journey, the Relig Oran sound is always based on a deep love of traditional European music. Relig Oran also has a website at http:///www.religoran.co.uk with loads more stuff.”
