Camden Town Festival of Irish Traditional Music, Dance and Song
is pleased to
announce that the first of our preview events for the 2010
Festival will take
place on Friday 29 January 2010, with a concert at the
London Irish Centre,
Presidential Suite, 50 Camden Square, London NW1 9XB,
featuring John and
James Carty, together with friends and special guests.
Brothers James and
John were born in
parents.
Their father, multi-instrumentalist John P Carty, was a member
of
John is one of
television station TG4’s Traditional
Musician of the Year in 2003.
A master of the fiddle, banjo, tenor guitar and
flute, John has been
performing publicly since the age of 16. Initially based
in

James is one of
