A night of Irish poetry and music with  RACKER DONNELLY  

(brilliantly entertaining  poet who improvises in the satirical tradition), 

 

SHEENA VALLELY (sparkling traditional flute player from Armagh)

with  MAGGIE CASEY (whistle),  JOHN SAY (percussion ), 

ROB TRUSWELL (guitar)   

 

Racker Donnelly, Poet & Entertainer,   UK Slam Champion Poet 2005/6 & author of   acclaimed musical play A WOMAN’S WARTIME, 

has done hundreds of radio programmes & well over a thousand live performances in Ireland, England, America & Australia. His verses & songs, mostly comic,

deal with topics such as Sheep, Smoking, Sex, Tennis, Oysters,

Joyce, Horses, Midsummer, Christmas, Yeats, Dracula, Irish
