In the 30 years since her death, Sandy Denny has emerged as one of the UK's greatest singer-songwriters. Guests including former colleagues (Dave Swarbrick, Jerry Donahue, Martin Carthy) and young admirers re-interpret her songs in this special tribute showcasing her work with Fairport Convention, Fotheringay and her solo career.

Saturday 6 December Queen Elizabeth Hall, JOHN McCUSKER'S UNDER ONE SKY
Scottish fiddler and producer John McCusker presents a big folk band performance of new music and song featuring
instrumental arrangements, folk-rock ballads and a new Gaelic lament from Julie Fowlis.
The line-up includes singers John Tams, Roddy Woomble, Jim Causley, Iain MacDonald on bagpipes and flute, guitarist Ian Carr,  accordionist Andy Cutting, bassist Ewen Vernal, percussionist James Mackintosh, and Graham Coxon. The young Anglo-Swedish fiddler Emma Reid also performs alongside McCusker.
