Young Folk Award Launch

'Now in it's eleventh year, the Young Folk Award is BBC Radio 2's annual search for the most promising folk musicians in the UK.

This will be the third year that Mrs Casey Music has been involved in this fantastic event and we are delighted to be working with Smooth Operations and BBC Radio 2 again. 

It is open to anyone aged between 15 and 20, performing as a band, duo or soloist and performing traditional and acoustic music with roots in any culture. The prize is a major boost for any career in music and just the experience of being involved is both incrediby rewarding and fantastic fun.
