Folk Roots, New Routes - a five-day series of performances and talks in the Queen Elizabeth Hall and Purcell Room programmed by the renowned and much-loved folk singer Shirley Collins. The America Over The Water talk in the Purcell Room (a fascinating account of her journeys with Alan Lomax) was a surprise hit event of 2006.
