Subject: oh and one more thing...

Well two actually.....

I should have pointed out that we are extremely fortunate to have opening for Cara Dillon, the highly regarded John Smith. From his myspace...

"John Smith is a guitar man from Devon, quietly becoming recognised as one of British Folk's most exciting voices, from both his sold-out solo shows and support slots for the likes of John Renbourn and John Martyn. His songs of false messiahs, weird romance and bloody murder sit on top of his acoustic guitar, whose sound he bends and whose body he hits."
"One man, a guitar and an incredible voice...mesmerising" - bbc.co.uk

What is it about Devon??

You can also get a sneaky preview on 1 December when he will be performing in his own right at the Orange Street Music Club www.orangestreetmusic.com
Secondly - Alan from this list rang me today to say he is very sadly unable to use his Beth Nielsen Chapman tickets on 30th Nov, due to unforseen circumstances. He was one of the first to book and has two excellent seats, row B 21 and 22 and would just like the face value £20 for them. If anyone is on the waiting list and would like the tickets please email me and I'll put you in touch with Alan.
Oh no theres three things.... Peggy and PJ at Faversham Folk club next Weds - see you there!
