Subject: London
gig cancelled
Hullo, all.
Well, it's happened again... a promoter seems
to have messed up. Our London showcase at 93 Feet East has apparently had
to be put on ice for some reason.
Unfortunately we have no say as these gigs are completely in the hands of
promoters. But it has been a year of some less than ideal organisation, to put
it mildly. However, we'll let you know if and when we learn more.
For those of you in the Kent area, we have two more gigs this year before
we put our boots up for a time out before 2008.
We'll be at The Rose in Broadstairs on
the 16th of November and on the 15th of December we play our last gig of the
year at Churchill's in Ramsgate. Details can be found at our
MySpace page
at www.myspace.com/thebandwaterhorse
For those of you that made it to the
Canterbury Festival, we had a brilliant night of it so many thanks from
all of us. It made for a fitting last night for Robin and a great debut for
Emily on the violin.
Here's to many more...
