You may be interest to know that KCC are currently in the process of sending out invitations to participate in the Festival to those people who the Smithsonian Institute have identified as bearers of traditional Kentish culture (their words).  However at this point they cannot or will not disclose any further details. Once they have confirmed the 40 participants there will be a press release announcing Kent's representatives for the programme.
