Hello Friends of Lewes Ceilidhs and The Ceilidh Crew

The next Lewes Ceilidh is on Sunday 20th May at the All Saints Centre, Lewes from 4.30 till 8pm. The event will be bringing the Lewes Folk Rock Festival to a close and the music will be on the rocky side of traditional.

The band features Tom Andrews and Linda Game from The Fold, a local and highly respected folk rock band who have played across the globe. Tom and Linda are renounded for their improvised drum and fiddle duos which are a highlight of every Fold gig. We will also have with us Graham Burgess, keyboard player for The Dayglo Pirates, the well known Jethro Tull tribute band and Connie Everard double bass player exrodinare.

For a short intival slot we have Adam and Tom with their fantastic percussion duo.

The bar is supplied by Darkstar, a tempory change from Harveys due to this event being part of the Folk Rock Festival and we have decided to keep the bar open for a while after the dance finishes so we can all wind down slowly and bask in a festival enjoyed!

I am hoping to have some food available but you will need to watch this space.

Tickets are 8 adults/7 concessions/5 children and will be available on the door or can be reserved through the web site
