The third        KEITH SUMMERS FESTIVAL   11-13 MAY 2007

   
WEEKEND CELEBRATION IN HONOUR OF KEITH SUMMERS
 Friday  11th May (evening) , Saturday  12th May (day and evening) ,
                            Sunday  13th May  (day and evening)
Guests and events include:
 Ian Russell, who will give a workshop on the Sheffield Carols and bring down some carollers from the area ; John Cocking & Will Noble; 
 from Scotland :Sylvia Barnes, Maureen Jelks, Joe Aitken, Geordie Murison;  from Ireland :  Roisin White, Ron Kavana, Annie Armstrong, Sean Mone, Jim MacFarland;
music from The Black Spot Champions and our resident bands The Rakes and The Pigeon English Band;    
 launch of a new double CD of Keith's collecting in Suffolk, on the Musical Traditions (Rod Stradling) label.

Venue : The King & Queen, 1 Foley Street, London W1W 6DL (at the junction of Foley Street and Cleveland Street). 8- 11pm. Nearest tube: Goodge Street /Warren Street/ Great Portland Street. Parking OK  after 6.30.
 
WEEKEND TICKET £30 (concs. £17 ) includes:
Friday 8-11pm   (Club Room); 
Saturday 12-6pm  (Club Room plus downstairs in the bar); Saturday 8-11pm  (Club Room);
Sunday 12-5pm  (downstairs in the bar); Sunday 8-11pm (Club Room)
INDIVIDUAL TICKETS £7  (concs. £4) per session

                                 Weekend and Friday night tickets are expected to sell out fast.
NB, most guests will be with us throughout the weekend but note :
 the main focus on the Sheffield Carollers  will be Saturday  afternoon (workshop by Ian Russell followed by join in session led by Sheffield guests) and on Sunday to 5pm ; 
 several guests will leave before the Sunday evening session.
