Greetings everyone.... Did you
have a good Labor Day weekend? We hope so... we spent it
on the golf course, losing as many balls to the water traps as
we could (in other wards, WAAAAYYYYY too many). But it
was fun, it was relaxing, and it meant a short work week.
Despite that short week, we have new information for
you, new photos, new articles, and more. One thing
we'd like to ask you to do is periodically click on the Google
advertisements to the right on the main page and latest news
page. It doesn't cost you anything and it helps support
MNN. Also, please make sure to support our advertisers.
They are the ones which allow us to continue bringing
you the latest news, great photos and everything else we
offer. Doing anything on Saturday, September
23rd? Little Texas is performing in a special
outdoor, intimate concert under the stars at Dyer Observatory
in Brentwood, TN., at 7:00pm. Doors open at 4 PM with
tickets ranging from $7 for students; $12 for Vanderbilt
University faculty/staff and Bluebird on the Mountain season
ticket holders; and $15 for general public. In addition, there
is a $50 VIP ticket that will allow for pre-show access and a
meet & greet with the band. Proceeds from this
benefit concert will be used to expand programs at Dyer
Observatory that tell the story of science and that provide
hundreds of area students the chance to see the wonders of the
stars and to interact with world class explorers who are at
the forefront of new discoveries. CLICK

Ticketmaster and purchase tickets for this concert.
Mark your calendars for the release party for Fertitta

September 29th at 7pm til 9pm at LYRIX
with special guest Jim Quealy and Gunner Nelson. The 27 years
in the making CD is on 37 Records and will be for sale that
night! Everyone is invited. We HIGHLY
recommend you visit MNN every day to catch the LATEST NEWS.
